WHAT THE PLATFORM COVERS

A complete product surface.

01

OAuth-first connection

Compatible clients discover authorization metadata, open Audream Web for consent, and receive a resource-bound token.

02

Minimal default access

Default authorization requests Note read and processing access; write and delete scopes are requested only when needed.

03

Tool-level checks

Each operation validates its required scope before reading, changing, processing, or deleting user content.

04

Destructive confirmation

Delete tools require a confirmation value that exactly matches the target Note ID.

IMPLEMENTATION BOUNDARIES

Know the environment before connecting.

Prerequisites

  • An Audream account
  • A compatible MCP client with OAuth discovery and PKCE support

Authentication

The client discovers OAuth metadata, opens Audream Web for consent, and receives a resource-bound access token. Default authorization requests read and processing access.

Compatibility

  • All tool-capable AI agents through MCP, CLI, Agent Skill, or REST
  • Recommended paths for ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Cursor, and other hosts are listed in the public matrix

Errors and asynchronous work

Tool errors preserve authentication, scope, processing, and target-not-found distinctions. Clients must not convert an incomplete operation into success.

Deletion

Delete tools require notes:delete and a confirm_note_id value that exactly matches the target Note ID.

Complete reference

The detailed contract, current installation steps, scopes, and operation schemas remain in the versioned Audream documentation.
